Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments
- Utilize ATS to post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates
- Track and report recruitment metrics using ATS dashboards and reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and ATS usage
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Mandatory knowledge and experience with ATS
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance standards
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience recruiting in tech industry
- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a relevant HR certification
- Positive and detail-oriented person with excellent time management skills
