Network Engineer

- Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure for the company and its clients - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime - Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices - Implement security measures to protect network systems from cyber threats - Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise-wide projects and infrastructure upgrades. Process network related parts of projects at a scheduled time - Perform network capacity planning and optimize performance - Maintain and update documentation for network maps/diagrams, configurations and processes - Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed - Troubleshoot any network outages, based on 24/7 rotation schedule

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and network security - Experience with Cisco, FortiGate, or other networking hardware - Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (Zabbix, LogicMonitor, Prometeus, etc…) - Knowledge of cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus - Industry certifications such as FCP, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English - 24/7 availability for any network outages, according to on-call rotation schedule
