Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including technical, IT sales, and business support positions
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates from different industries
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for our company culture and job requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment team
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in sourcing talent across various industries
- Proven track record of filling positions with high-quality candidates in a timely manner
- In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
