Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes and product features
- Ensure all communications align with the brand’s voice and tone
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and support trends
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Knowledge of German language is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Basic technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
