Responsibilities
- Leading the rollout and support of the product in India, the USA, LATAM, and other key regions
- Ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied throughout their journey
- Delivering projects with clear and measurable outcomes
- Designing and executing customer success strategies aligned with company goals
- Maintaining an up-to-date, easy-to-understand product knowledge base
- Identifying opportunities for added value through upselling and cross-selling
- Checking in regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions
- Building strategies that increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in SaaS or AI-driven environments
- Proven ability to build and scale teams, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing high-performing units
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and maintain high productivity
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with both local and international clients
- Highly proactive and accountable, capable of working independently while effectively managing multiple priorities
