Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, emails, and meetings, ensuring focus on high-impact tasks and strategic priorities - Anticipate needs by staying 3 steps ahead - ensuring everything from daily scheduling to task management runs smoothly - Handle administrative tasks across multiple countries, ensuring efficient communication and coordination Identify and refine task management systems to increase efficiency and support the CEO’s workflow
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an executive support role, helping leadership with daily tasks and projects - Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively - Great communication skills in both English and Armenian - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once - Experience in problem-solving and acting as a trusted point of contact - Open to flexible working hours depending on the Founder’s schedule, to accommodate time zone differences and urgent tasks
