Food & Beverage Financial Director

- Undertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planning - Implement and continuously improve the existing financial practices/processes - Supervision and set up of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements - Preparation of reports on the company's income and expenses structure by companies - Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement - Report the top management on financial situation of the company and on results of the financial operations - Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts and budget /business planning/ vs. actual analysis - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Supervise staff in both finance and accounting departments - Provide leadership to the finance management team to ensure timely delivery of all financial statements - Monitor, evaluate finance projects and give feedback to the finance management team

- Not less than 5 years of job experience in managerial positions in finance and accounting - Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics/Accounting/Finance; ACCA or CFA is preferred - Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, RA Tax Legislation, IFRS - Budgeting and budget management skills - Strong analytical skills - Strong managerial skills - Written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and English, Russian - Conflict, stress and time management - Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner - Detail and result-oriented
