- Manipulate and analyze large datasets, applying machine learning techniques where appropriate to uncover trends and patterns - Build reports, dashboards, and other tools to unlock actionable insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and business growth - Assist in building and maintaining data systems and pipelines to streamline data storage, processing, and management - Support the design of efficient data models and workflows aligned with analytical and business requirements - Collaborate with the customer support team to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve service delivery and customer experience - Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and methodologies in programming, data analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our processes and offerings

- BS/MS in an EDA or Computer science related area – Cybernetics, Computer science, Microelectronics, Applied Math, etc - At least 1 year of experience - Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a solid understanding of the pandas library for data manipulation and analysis - Experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights - Demonstrated ability to build and hack tools, reports, and analyses that support business functions - Knowledge of basic large dataset analysis and experience with machine learning algorithms is a significant plus - A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and in team settings - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members - Ability to work in a global team environment - Good knowledge of English; both verbal and written - Fast learning skills
