- Interview stakeholders, organize and conduct negotiations, record agreements reached - Collect, analysis, formalize and document business requirements for the development of functionality from interested parties (Product Owners, Stakeholders) - Verify business requirements of interested parties, develop optimal business solution concept - Formulate together with the team of the concept of the product or changes in the processes - Coordinate business requirements with stakeholders, finalize the business concept for the development of functionality\changes in business processes - Describe and visualize business processes/product logic and prepare proposals for their optimization (AS IS and TO BE) - Form and support documentation on functional\non-functional requirements for software, dashboards, and reports (specifications, diagrams, user stories) - Participate in designing the user interface, format, and methods of interaction between the user and the program - Collaborate with development and design teams during the implementation and testing phases to ensure understanding of requirements. Maintenance of tasks to the release - Monitor and support implemented changes: fixing defects, compiling reports, setting tasks to eliminate defects - Analyze the effectiveness of implemented solutions - Conduct demonstrations (demo) for stakeholders and the team

- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst - Excellent communication, analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail - Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management - Knowledge of methods and tools of business analysis - Knowledge of business process modelling methods (BPMN / UML) - Experience writing documentation BRD, FS, User story - Understanding the software development life cycle - Ability to perform decomposition and prioritization of requirements.
