- Develop and implement a SMM strategy and content plan aligned with the Bank's marketing goals - Create text and visual content (collaborating with design and copywriting teams) and manage the publication schedule - Execute and optimize targeted advertising campaigns via Ads Manager to achieve maximum reach and conversion - Compile monthly and quarterly reports, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement - Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep the Bank’s digital presence innovative - Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that resonates with the target audience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist or in a similar role within digital marketing. - In-depth knowledge of algorithms and toolsets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms - Excellent command of the Armenian language (written and verbal) - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and "selling" texts - Proficiency in working with Google Analytics and social platform insights - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines - Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
