- Design and implement automation solutions for development, testing and production environments - Build and set up a new IT infrastructure based on the IAAC method - Ensure business continuity of IT infrastructure and systems/services - Secure availability of monitoring tools for newly introduced systems/software - Review the needs of stakeholders and communicate them to the Developers’ team - Work on solutions to automate and improve development and release processes - Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes - Cooperate with software developers to ensure that development follows the established processes and works as intended - Plan projects and be involved in project management decisions - Analyze, isolate and solve issues - Report on the works done - Enhance knowledge of specific applications used inside the organization - Create technical documents, standards and operating procedures for systems under his/her responsibility - Ensure smooth operation of available software and systems - Train the staff members on new software and updates

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer - Minimum 3 years of work experience with Linux servers - Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible tools is a mandatory requirement - Working experience with containers/dockers - CI/CD process automation in different cloud environments - Working experience with Azure DevOps - Working experience with Identity Management systems - Working experience with Service Mesh infrastructure layer - Incidence management and root cause analysis - Configuration and managing databases such as PostgreSQL, Mongo, SQL - Working experience with source code management (SCM) - Working experience with web services (Apache, IIS, Nginx) - Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) - Strong problem solving skills in hardware and software issues - Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances - Ability to make quick and independent decisions - Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English
