Responsibilities
- Remotely troubleshoot issues related to Krisp application on Windows and Mac platforms with available resources & tools
- Diagnose complex technical problems by analyzing logs, replicating issues, and using debugging tools
- Clearly communicate technical solutions and updates to customers in a professional and understandable manner
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, CX and Sales teams to ensure commitments to customers are met
- Contribute to the development of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay current with company products, services, changes, and updates
- Be involved in QC sessions, knowledge base and documentation creation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience in B2B/B2C software industry
- Strong written English skills (strong verbal English is a plus)
- Solid understanding of Windows & Mac systems and Web infrastructures
- Experience with Zendesk
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and adaptability, attention to details and organizational skills
- Knowledge on VDI & SSO technologies is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Readiness to work evening shifts
