Responsibilities
- Manage the data at the program and assure its integrity
- Manage the TRDP (Turpanjian Rural Development Program) overall public relations, website, social media and publicity, including content development for PR materials, TRDP website and its regular updates
- Coordinate the TRDP quality assurance program, including the input and analysis of quality assurance data
- Coordinate the overall process of conducting the surveys and collecting of data
- Work with the Director of TRDP Field Operations and TRDP regional leaders, prepare the quality assurance evaluations and the baseline and interim study surveys
- Help rural beneficiaries realize innovative and creative solutions through tapping into resources available on the internet and involving faculty and students, as needed
- Coordinate monitoring and mentoring activities of TRDP
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty and regional offices to involve students in various consulting or research projects benefitting businesses run by TRDP beneficiaries
- Together with the Director of TRDP Field Operations and TRDP Regional Leaders identify successful beneficiaries, conduct interviews with them and write draft success stories for each beneficiary
- Prepare the contracts and transfer-acceptance acts of the interviewers/external evaluators
- Systematically update the statistical databases spreadsheets of the TRDP
- Compile meeting minutes and help to document program activities (upon necessity)
- Organize and maintain the official business of the Executive Committee (meetings/ workshops/ conferences)
- Develop the strategy papers, implementation plans and reports for donors
- Conduct academic research for publication by using the available data at TRDP Program
- Provide administrative and research support to the TRDP Program leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor(s)
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in appropriate area such as English, business or public policy
- 1-2 years of relative work experience
- Excellent writing skills in English and Armenian
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in data collection, analysis and report writing (knowledge of SPSS strongly preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to work with a variety of constituencies
- Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, statistical software, web content management)
