System (JIRA) Administrator

- Support tasks such as maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, evaluating new plug-ins and JIRA upgrades - Configure and maintain multiple JIRA projects, project workflows, schemes, project and portfolio settings, user groups, roles, and reports. - Work with key project team members including client leadership to define and refine business processes - Understanding of JIRA APIs - Working with scriptsշ - Engagement in new products and systems implementation - Creation new business processes and workflows - Follow all innovations in IT area and implement them if necessary - Quickly obtain new knowledge of specific applications within the environment - Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of supported systems

- Higher Technical (Engineering) education - At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field - Knowledges in Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022) - Knowledges in programming are welcome - Knowledges in Linux OS (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu) - General experience working with Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence - Good knowledge with working in Script Runner, JQL, Behaviors, Scripted fields - Hands-on experience using the JIRA REST APIs to integrate with other tools - Automation: Implement automation rules and scripts using JIRA’s built-in features or scripting languages like Groovy or Python - Understanding of relational databases - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance - Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized personality - Good communication and time management skills - Ability to make decisions under pressure - Ability to work independently within tight deadlines
