- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) - At least 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist (experience in iGaming will be plus) - A solid understanding of digital and social advertising best practices and platforms - Hands-on experience with a range of digital marketing tools and technologies such as Google Marketing Platform, Tag Manager, Meta Platform etc - A knack for media buying - Expertise in utilizing analytical tools and setting up robust tracking mechanisms - Proven ability to effectively manage and grow social media channels - High level of English comprehension - Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. - Oversee the company’s social media strategy and content calendar to increase engagement and brand awareness - Taking the reins on media buying, ensuring impactful and cost-effective placements - Setting up, monitoring, and analyzing data through various analytical tools to extract actionable insights and refine strategies - Managing and growing our social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering community - Managing various digital marketing projects - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets
