Head of B2B Compliance Team

- Secure, maintain, and leverage the Group's B2B licenses across global regulated markets - Ensure all proprietary software, games, and sportsbook platforms strictly comply with international regulatory standards - Manage regulatory risks across diverse jurisdictions and maintain seamless alignment with local regulators - Lead a team dedicated to onboarding and monitoring Turnkey and White Label partners - Ensure technical compliance of all solutions and products delivered to business clients - Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the B2B compliance team - Act as a key liaison between B2B clients, product developers, legal counsel, and external auditors - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - At least 5-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on B2B iGaming operations - Proven experience in B2B compliance, licensing, and regulatory oversight within the iGaming industry - In-depth knowledge of global B2B iGaming regulations, Turnkey, and White Label frameworks - Demonstrated experience in leading compliance teams and managing multi-jurisdictional compliance operations - Fluency in English; knowledge of Armenian and Russian is an advantage
