Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues via our Service Desk hotline
- Provide comprehensive support to all departments by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timeframes using our ticketing system
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when needed
- Assist in ongoing IT projects and support initiatives
- Handle provisioning and maintenance of high-end end-user hardware
- Collaborate with our global IT teams to deliver best-in-class IT services
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Preferably 1+ year of professional experience in technical support or help desk roles
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Solid understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and networking concepts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus
