- Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies. Set strategic goals - Manage and lead the Company with direct responsibility for budget, revenue and profitability in accordance with RA legislation - Liaise with local regulators and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Deliver expansion plans, identify and present growth opportunities - Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization - Ensure the fulfillment of all obligations of the organization towards the suppliers and customers, as well as the fulfillment of contractual obligations and business plans - Ensure the timely processing of payment and settlements, providing the best client services possible to ensure satisfactory delivery for the clients - Support the line manager in ensuring that all employees in the team are fully cross trained and that all processes are adequate and well documented - Negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization - Evaluate and track the success of the Company in reaching its goals

- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive or senior management roles - Master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field - Deep understanding of financial services, digital products, and business modeling - Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making capability - Experience in budget planning and performance management - Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian (both written and verbal) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage cross-functional teams - A role-model for continuous development, integrity, and accountability
