- Manage sales of assigned product categories on Wildberries - Analyze sales metrics, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies to drive turnover and profitability - Manage the product assortment matrix: develop existing lines, launch new SKUs, and optimize the catalog - Manage pricing strategies, monitor margin/profitability, and achieve planned performance targets - Plan shipments and monitor inventory levels, stock turnover, and availability - Control and audit marketplace-related operational expenses - Set up, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns on Wildberries - Evaluate campaign ROI, sales performance, and key commercial metrics - Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and content departments - Create and optimize product listing cards, implement SEO strategies, craft product descriptions, and manage seller account technical operations - Reconcile monthly closing/settlement documents and manage reporting

- Hands-on experience working with Wildberries - Proven experience managing an assortment of 300+ SKUs - Strong understanding of search algorithm ranking factors and marketplace sales drivers - Practical expertise in launching and optimizing Wildberries advertising campaigns - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, ABC analysis) - Working knowledge of 1C software - Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and a goal-oriented attitude are key advantages
