- Accurately document patient encounters in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including medical histories, physical examinations and procedures - Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of patient visits - Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations - Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient workflows and documentation processes - Conduct telehealth and telemedicine interactions with patients via video or telephone - Initiate and manage primarily outbound patient calls, while professionally handling inbound calls as required - Contact patients to deliver assigned services in accordance with agency protocols and supervisory guidance - Perform other tasks related to the position

- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken) - Excellent Russian proficiency (written and spoken) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in medicine - Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM New York time zone (or 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM Erevan time) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience as a medical scribe or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required - Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, and professional - Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision - Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
