- Own the email infrastructure. Design and run our sending setup end to end: domains, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up, deliverability monitoring and lifecycle email architecture in HubSpot. Inbox placement is your number - Launch AI SDRs. Evaluate build vs. buy vs. hybrid, bring a clear recommendation with cost per meeting, then ship it. - Set up the agents, the data they use, the guardrails and the metrics, and keep improving them - Build the GTM architecture. Map and own how data moves across HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Gong, KrispWork, Tableau and our automation & data warehouse tools. Lead routing, enrichment, scoring and handoffs should just work - Connect our stack to Claude. Build and maintain MCP servers and integrations so the RevOps, Sales and Marketing teams can work with our tools through Claude, safely and without tickets - Automate the manual work. Find the repetitive work in RevOps and GTM and replace it with reliable, monitored automations - Keep it clean and documented. Architecture diagrams, runbooks and data rules, so the system doesn’t depend on one person. Work with Security & Legal on access and data handling

- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience (software, data, integrations or GTM engineering) - Strong Python or TypeScript, REST APIs, webhooks and SQL - You’ve built and run real integrations between SaaS tools in production - Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) and tools like Clay and Zapier - Understanding of email deliverability and sending infrastructure - Experience with AI agents or LLM-based automations; AI SDR experience is a strong plus - Curious about sales, GTM and revenue: you ask “how does this move pipeline?” on your own - You take ownership, document your work and explain technical choices simply - Fluent English
