- phone and online communication with incoming inquiries and interested patients - identifying patient needs and providing accurate information about the required service - directing patients to the appropriate doctor and booking appointments - follow-up work with patients who haven't booked or have postponed their decision - tracking missed or postponed appointments and rescheduling them - maintaining ongoing contact with patients who have received a treatment plan - accurately relaying necessary information between doctors and patients - recording patient data and work results in the clinic's internal system - working according to established sales scripts and procedures - coordinated work with other team members
