- Manage and oversee financial transactions, invoicing, and payment processing related to partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements - Track and analyze financial performance metrics for partnerships, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement - Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for strategic partnership initiatives - Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure timely reconciliation of partner-related transactions - Act as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with agreed financial terms - Support the negotiation and structuring of financial terms in partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits. - Assist in maintaining and updating financial records related to partners, ensuring data accuracy and transparency - Address financial inquiries from partners and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, partnership management, or a related field - Experience in fintech, financial services, or business development is an advantage - Strong understanding of financial operations, partnership agreements, and business development - Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and transaction reconciliation - Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to support strategic partnerships - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage financial relationships with partners - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Proactive and results-driven mindset
