- Proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), job fairs, and employee referrals - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs - Develop job descriptions and postings that attract high-quality candidates - Advertise open positions on job boards, career pages, and external websites - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation - Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer stage - Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and preferred candidate profiles - Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle offer negotiations when necessary - Work with HR and management to ensure a smooth transition for the candidate from offer acceptance to onboarding - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management - Use data-driven insights to improve and optimize recruitment strategies

- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment - Understanding of software development languages and principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills - Extremely detail-oriented and well organized - Fluent in English and Russian languages - BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology will be considered as a plus
