Marketing Specialist

- Develop and implement the marketing plan for WIN Business Centre - Create marketing campaigns to support office leasing and attract potential tenants - Manage WIN Business Centre’s social media and digital presence - Prepare content for presentations, leasing materials, brochures, website, and promotional campaigns - Coordinate photography, video, design, and other creative production - Maintain consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels - Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and leasing objectives - Develop partnerships with business communities, companies, media, and relevant organizations - Support events, networking activities, property launches, and tenant engagement initiatives - Conduct competitor and market research and identify new promotional opportunities - Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports - Support selected marketing projects of Hayasa Hospitality Group when required

- Relevant experience in marketing, real estate, hospitality, or business services - Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools - Strong content writing, communication, and organizational skills - Fluency in Armenian and English - Experience working with designers, photographers, agencies, or media partners - A proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and creative mindset
