- Set up CNC machines (such as mills, lathes, or grinders) according to job requirements and machine specifications Load raw materials into the machine - Prepare and load cutting tools needed for machining operations - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning - Perform basic maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating - Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if adjustments are needed - Troubleshoot machine errors and make adjustments as necessary - Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role - Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and blueprints - Solid understanding of CNC operation and programming, including G-code - Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle and position necessary manufacturing materials and operate machinery for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship is a plus - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
