- Product Planning & Roadmap: Define Huawei product development paths and roadmaps based on market trends and competitor analyses - Go-To-Market Strategy: Formulate regional commercialization strategies and define value propositions tailored to enterprise or carrier customers - Pre-Sales & Solution Design: Assist in tender responses, technical presentations, and quotation creation (e.g., preparing Bill of Quotation) - Solution Architecture: Bundle standard hardware (like Datacom, Storage, and Servers) into vertical market solutions for industries like finance, education, and government - Pipeline Management: Forecast local market demand to manage regional warehouse inventory and prevent delivery delays

- Bachelor Degree or above, (Telecommunication/IT/Engineering/Computer Science is preferable or Business analyst/Marketing/Management, etc.) - Work experience (3 to 5+ years) in ICT, pre-sale engineering, or tech industry experience (within B2B environment is preferable) - Technical background, (field - Datacom & Network: Enterprise campus networks, Wi-Fi 7/8 deployments, SD-WAN, and high-performance core switches, etc.) - Strong analytical capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to quickly master advanced hardware or software architectures - Soft Skills: Strong presentation capabilities to speak confidently at industry forums and negotiate with C-level enterprise stakeholder - Fluency in Russian and English
