Monitor, check and analyze the appraisal reports for the property pledged/to be pledged with the bank Verify the compliance of the appraisal reports vs. the bank’s internal policies, procedures and the Republic of Armenia laws and regulations Determine whether the appraisal values are reasonable, analyze the risks and probable deviations from the market prices Implement control over the property appraisal processes as part of loan transactions Liaise with the property appraisal companies cooperating with the bank to ensure efficient and timely communication Participate in selection, assessment and quality control of appraisal companies - Ensure smooth implementation of the appraisal function in accordance with the bank's requirements and service deadlines - Identify process violations and submit recommendations for their elimination and process improvement - Participate in the development and update of internal procedures, methodologies and guidelines in this area - Prepare reports, summaries and analytical materials for the management - Provide opinion on the transactions with the items of property pledged/to be pledged - Conduct real estate market research and submit regular reports - Perform other duties prescribed by internal regulations of the bank

- University degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ArmSoft - Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable and will be considered a plus - Relevant work experience and qualification - Analytical and flexible thinking - Ability to work both independently and in a team, good manners - Commitment to work and strong sense of responsibility
