Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation of marketing activities and day-to-day marketing processes
- Assist in preparation and publishing social media posts and in maintaining company online presence
- Participate in regional marketing calls and coordinate follow-up actions
- Provide administrative support relating to marketing campaigns
- Organization of events and promotional activities
- Contribute to efficient functioning of Facilities & Operations Department by providing timely, high quality administrative support
- Manage office supplies such as stationery, equipment, furniture, etc.
- Deal with visitors, incoming and outgoing correspondence/calls/messages
- Arrange business trips, travel coordination
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Professional experience in a relevant field
- Ability to deal with social media platforms and marketing processes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages (both written and spoken)
