Budgeting and Cost Control Specialist

- Partner with business units to analyze financial performance and key metrics - Provide insights on revenue, costs, and profitability trends - Develop KPIs and dashboards to track departmental performance - Support monthly business reviews with data-driven recommendations - Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned areas - Prepare scenario analyses and financial projections for decision support - Identify risks and opportunities in business operations - Assist in capital expenditure planning and ROI evaluations - Act as financial advisor to operational teams and management - Drive cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements - Integrate financial perspectives into business strategy discussions - Ensure alignment between operational goals and financial targets - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field - At least 3 years in financial analysis or business partnering roles - Strong knowledge of financial analysis and business partnering principles - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools - Excellent analytical and interpretive skills - Detail-oriented with business acumen - Fluency in Armenian and English
