- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and a friendly attitude - Knowledgeably describe and recommend wines to guests, enhancing their dining experience - Ensure tables are properly set and maintained, including checking for cleanliness and readiness before guests arrive - Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a positive and professional manner

- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or customer service role (experience in the restaurant or winery industry is a must) - A passion for food, wine, and providing outstanding customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently - A team player who works well in a collaborative environment - Knowledge of foreign languages
