Project Manager (Managed Services)

- Managing the onboarding, implementation, and maintenance stages for the Managed Services customers - Regular review of customer support requests and following up on the progress of the requests - Ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed on schedule - Regular catch-up calls with the customers (accounts) assigned to you - Maintaining accurate financial records by tracking monthly expenses, coordinating and verifying the billing approvals - Identifying new deal opportunities and informing the sales team about it - Facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across internal teams - Actively involved in improving the customer experience

- Fluent in English - Attention to detail and quality orientation - Eager to learn new technologies (including industry-specific) - Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong communication skills, ability to explain complicated things in simple words - Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus - Knowledge of financial markets is a plus - Available to work in the evenings
