Sales & Marketing Specialist

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, NGOs, and group organizers - Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries (email, phone, meetings) - Promote accommodation, group bookings, long stays, and special packages - Prepare and send offers, contracts, and quotations - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners - Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships - Support occupancy and revenue growth targets - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns - Assist in developing promotions, seasonal offers, and sales campaigns - Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & engagement - Manage and grow social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement - Coordinate photo/video shoots and promotional materials for marketing purposes - Support digital marketing activities including online advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels - Work closely with Front Office and Management teams - Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field - 1-2 years of previous sales and marketing experience in a hotel or hospitality environment(must) - Strong understanding of social media platforms - Familiarity with OTAs and group sales - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Comfortable working with targets and KPIs - Ability to diffuse situations and find quick solutions to problems - Being able to travel within Armenia - Good command of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
