Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day Front Office operations
- Support and supervise Front Desk associates to ensure excellent guest service
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally
- Maintain compliance with Front Office policies, standards, and procedures
- Support training, coaching, and development of Front Office associates
- Assist in achieving departmental goals, guest satisfaction targets, and operational standards
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative Front Office tasks when required
- Ensure professional appearance and behavior standards are maintained within the team
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of work experience in guest service, front desk, or related professional area
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
