Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis for landing pages, blogs, and service pages
- Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, internal linking and on-page content according to SEO best practices
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, redirects, and duplicate content
- Monitor and improve website performance through tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google - Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Understand how LLMs and AI-powered search systems work and apply best practices for optimizing websites for AI-generated answers and visibility
- Create detailed and SEO-optimized content outlines and SEO guidelines for copywriters and developers
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities based on search trends and market gaps
- Plan and execute link building strategies, including outreach, backlink analysis, and authority growth initiatives
- Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new SEO-focused landing pages and blog topics
- Work closely with developers, designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO implementation accuracy
- Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and other SEO KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search developments, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in SEO
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and link building
- Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Understanding of how AI tools and LLMs influence search behavior and content visibility
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for both traditional search engines and AI-generated search experiences
- Experience with AI-powered SEO workflows and automation of repetitive SEO processes (content optimization, metadata generation, clustering, reporting, internal linking, research, etc.) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple SEO tasks and priorities
- Experience collaborating with developers and content teams
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms is a plus
- Excellent skills in Armenian, English and Russian
