- Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to final UI delivery - Lead the evolution of the design system, ensuring seamless implementation and consistent UI across all products - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Improve usability and overall user experience across our platforms - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions - Work closely with data teams to define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and drive data-informed design decisions - Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions - Maintain and evolve design systems and UI consistency across products - Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figma Jam, Figma Make - Experience designing for web and mobile applications - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
