QA/ Quality Assurance (Junior to Mid Level)

- Perform manual testing of web and application - Create, review, and execute test cases and test plans - Identify, document and track bugs using bug-tracking tools - Work Closely with developers and product team to resolve issues - Participating in regression, functional and exploratory testing - Help improve QA processes and testing documentation - Provide well-structured test result reports - Set up, configure, and utilize role-specific tools and environments for testing purposes

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology - 1-3 years of experience in Software testing (Junior candidates with strong knowledge are welcomed) - Fluency in English both written and oral is a MUST - Experience with bug tracking tools - Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies - Ability to manage a large amount of data and matters. - Ability to work independently and in a team - Ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment. - Knowledge and ability in writing comprehensive, concise simple test plans - Knowledge of Jira is required
