Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional growth - Participate in technical decision-making and review system architecture and solution design - Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions - Drive end-to-end delivery, including planning, development, testing, and release - Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, QA, DevOps, and architects - Support production systems and lead incident resolution when required - Continuously improve development processes and engineering best practices - Ensure that proposed solutions meet business and technical requirements - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and successful delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development or solution delivery experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role - Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field - Strong background in software development and system architecture - Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, microservices, and enterprise systems - Solid understanding of databases, performance optimization, and security principles - Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills - In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Good understanding of networking and server technologies - Experience with automated banking systems is a plus - Excellent proficiency in Armenian; good working proficiency in Russian and English
