Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff during breakfast service
- Oversee lunch and dinner operations to ensure smooth service
- Communicate the restaurant’s vision to team members and lead by example
- Reinforce the Yerevan Place Hotel’s values daily, foster its culture, and inspire the team with a clear and exciting vision
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members, and senior management
- Strictly follow restaurant, bar, beverage, and wine control procedures
- Demonstrate leadership in creating a guest-focused culture centered around food and wine experiences
- Maintain high standards of personal integrity and professional ethics while actively promoting the hotel
- Support training and development initiatives, including coaching and performance management
- Utilize effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Assist with sales, inventory management, and scheduling
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel restaurant or similar environment
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality an asset
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present and conduct briefings and meetings
- Proven team-building skills
- Knowledge and passion for food and wine
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with both guests and employees
- Exceptional communication skills with all levels of the organization
