- Providing technical support to VMware customers in the CIS region to achieve optimal results when implementing and using VMware solutions in multicloud environments and software-defined networks (product stack: vSphere, VCF, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) - Identification of customer needs and search for effective solutions in the form of projects for the introduction of new products or migration from obsolete technology stacks - Collaborate with senior management, technical teams and team leaders from clients to achieve customer success. Assist customers in solving everyday problems and issues in their infrastructure - Advising clients on cost balance, performance and requirements of their public/private cloud - Act as an intermediary between customers and VMware - Preparing materials for presentations to customers about new VMware products and providing information on their use

- Bachelor (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields - Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), with knowledge of infrastructure, virtualization, and security. - Work Experience (3+ years) in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, Sowftware developmennt or Technical Support. - CSP-level certifications is a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional) - Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical issues to stakeholders, including CTOs and engineers
