Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems
- Ensure that attendance data is accurately recorded for payroll calculation
- Develop and implement attendance policies in line with company regulations
- Handle attendance-related issues, resolve disputes, and implement disciplinary measures where necessary
- Regularly compile attendance reports and present analyses to the management
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Attendance Coordinators. Conduct performance reviews and manage daily workflow to ensure 100% coverage and accuracy
- Oversee the implementation of company attendance and leave policies. Ensure all actions are consistent, fair, and compliant with local labor law
- Partner with HR and Department Heads to address absenteeism and coordinate disciplinary actions
- Act as the escalation point for complex attendance disputes or sensitive leave-of-absence requests
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years in HR Operations, or a high-volume Administrative role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, good knowledge of the ArmSoft program
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to deliver difficult news with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in high-headcount industries
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Russian and English languages good skills
