- Experience designing end-to-end flows in mobile products — not isolated screens, but full scenarios: onboarding → activation → retention → monetization - Ability to conduct and synthesize user research — from hallway tests to in-depth interviews. We need a designer who goes to the user, not one who waits for insights to be delivered - Understanding of the unit economics behind design decisions: how a paywall redesign affects conversion, how a content card change impacts watch depth - Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems across multiple products — not just consuming components, but enforcing consistency at scale - Figma proficiency where a prototype is an argument, not an illustration

- Background in streaming, telecom, or subscription-based products - Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4) — ability to read funnels and spot design-driven drop-offs - Experience working closely with product analysts and data-driven teams
