UI/UX designer

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design — from user research to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff - Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with both business goals and user needs - Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across products - Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve user experience - Participate in discovery workshops and ideation sessions - Mentor mid-level and junior designers - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) to assess user behavior - Define and track UX metrics to drive continuous improvement - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design - Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI visual design skills - Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) - Experience in user research methods and usability testing - Proven experience building and managing design systems - Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.). - Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles - Working knowledge of English (written and spoken) - Strategic and critical thinking - Strong problem-solving mindset - Excellent communication and presentation skills - High level of empathy and user advocacy - Ability to handle feedback constructively - Leadership and mentoring capabilities - Adaptability in fast-changing environments Strong organizational and time management skills
