Responsibilities
- Implement internal communication strategies, messaging, and directions
- Develop and edit internal communications (announcements, emails, etc.)
- Align communication with business objectives and organizational changes
- Manage internal communication systems (email, corporate platforms)
- Evaluate communication effectiveness through surveys and analysis
- Monitor and analyze feedback continuously
- Organize and coordinate internal events, including team buildings, strategic sessions, and corporate events
- Coordinate and manage communication of the Bank’s strategy
- Assess event effectiveness and satisfaction (via surveys and analysis)
- Administer the process of employees’ children education funding applications, including review, approval/rejection, funding coordination, and monitoring
- Ensure employee engagement
- Analyze, implement, and manage non-financial employee benefits
- Conduct quarterly analysis of non-financial employee benefits
- Develop and manage initiatives aimed at improving departmental effectiveness
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager in line with the job description
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in HR, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 4+ years of professional experience (preferably in HR)
- International HR certifications are a plus (e.g., SPHRi, SHRM, CIPD)
- Good command of English and Russian
- Knowledge of communication tools and channels
- Strong content creation and editing skills
- Experience working with graphic and visual materials
