Construction Project Manager

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects - Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans - Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors - Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports - Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Manage project risks and resolve issues promptly - Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications - Control costs and manage procurement of materials and services - Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams - Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field - 3+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations - Proficiency in project management software - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) - Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects - Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
