Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers and partners
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
- Assist with reservations and support the daily operations of the airport office
- Work with booking systems and internal software
- Ensure accurate reporting and proper documentation flow
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in tourism or aviation industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Good command of English and Russian
- Basic computer skills
