- Study international best practices and standards in insurance supervision and regulation (IAIS, Solvency II) and submit recommendations for the development of insurance regulation policy in the Republic of Armenia - Analyze developments in the RA insurance system, identify regulatory issues, and propose solutions - Draft regulations related to insurance supervision and regulation, including amendments and supplements, as well as other legal acts - Provide clarifications to insurance companies and other stakeholders regarding issues related to regulatory documents governing insurance activities - Review documents received from the RA Government and state authorities, formulate and present opinions based on the Central Bank’s regulatory policy in the insurance sector - Review documents, provide opinions, and complete questionnaires within the framework of cooperation with the EAEU, CIS, partner supervisory authorities, and international standard-setting bodies, based on the Central Bank’s regulatory policy and regulations in the insurance sector

- Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, or law - At least 3 years of professional experience in the financial sector - Knowledge of legislation regulating the insurance sector, including the secondary regulatory framework - Knowledge of risk management systems applicable to insurance market participants - Excellent command of the English language
