- Interpreting client briefs - Researching clients, their competitors and the target audience - Meeting project teams and clients to consider advertising requirements - Developing smart and effective brief-copy that supports clients' brands and business goals - Managing the brainstorm process and stimulating creation of ideas - Creating high quality, effective and award-winning projects in partnership with the Art Director - Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines - Working on several campaigns simultaneously - Presenting ideas to Creative Director for approval

- Highly creative with the ability to generate original, engaging ideas - Excellent command of Armenian, with strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong commercial awareness and understanding of brand positioning - Experience managing projects and guiding junior team members - Ability to present and pitch self-created materials and concepts confidently - Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines - Adaptable writing style suitable for different audiences, platforms, and content types - Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines - Strong skills in writing, editing, and optimizing content for maximum impact
