Product Manager

- Conduct product research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in digital banking - Collect and analyze business and user requirements from internal stakeholders - Translate requirements into clear and detailed product documentation (detailed technical documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria) - Ensure all delivered features align with business goals, UX standards, and compliance requirements - Prepare and present projects, features, and product concepts to management, clearly communicating and justifying proposed solutions with supporting business value and user impact - Actively participate in planning, coordination, and delivery processes for new features, updates, and fixes - Participate in sprint discussions and ensure product-related tasks are aligned with technical feasibility and timelines - Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and backend teams to align on goals and technical feasibility.Coordinate with external partners (payment systems, processing centers, etc.) - Communicate regularly with business units, operations, and compliance to ensure alignment - Analyze user feedback and app analytics to suggest improvements

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in a digital or technology-driven environment - Demonstrated success in delivering and managing mobile applications from concept to release - Experience in fintech, banking, or other financial services domains will be plus - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including product roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog management - Strong technical understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), APIs, cloud services, and third-party system integrations - Good grasp of UI/UX principles and proven experience collaborating with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making - Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
