Payments Project Manager

- Manage legal agreements with payment service providers to ensure full compliance with betting regulations and internal policies - Lead and coordinate the onboarding process of new payment partners, ensuring smooth integration with all required systems - Maintain transparent, consistent communication with all providers to foster strong, long-term partnerships - Act as the main point of contact for daily operational matters related to payment processing - Address and resolve payment-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted customer transactions - Monitor performance metrics of payment partners to ensure quality, stability, and operational efficiency - Represent the company at international iGaming and betting events, industry exhibitions, and networking forums - Build new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to support company expansion into new markets

- At least 2 years of proven experience in payments, fintech, IT within the iGaming or gambling industry is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field - Good knowledge of English and Russian languages - Experience managing legal agreements and working with compliance frameworks - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented approach - Ability to represent the company professionally at international events - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Analytical skills for identifying trends and improving payment processes - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues - Adaptability to new technologies
